They could, for instance, offer fewer promotions or bonuses, as meeting or exceeding that bottom line would become a bit more of a chore than it is now for them. Increased legitimacy, and especially legality in the U.S., would result in an increased pool of potential customers flocking to online casinos sites, free to spend their money.
